This is why Arthritis Introspective was formed, having a support system of understanding people is a tremendous benefit to all around wellness to a life with arthritis.

One of Arthritis Introspective goals is to have at least one support system in each State over the next four years. If you would like to start an Arthritis Introspective group in your area please fill out this short form.

If you already lead a support system for the people we serve through another non-profit or on your own and do not want to be part of Arthritis Introspective we will be happy to post information for your group.

SoCal Rheumatoid Arthritis and Autoimmune Support Group

Our goal is to connect with fellow RA & AI heroes who are on the same rollercoaster ride in an effort to provide insight, support & encouragement. We also hope to build friendships with people who truly understand what it’s like to be in our shoes.
